Welcome To Heartwood Ink!

WIP! Please be patient.

Hi! I go by a lot of names but just Heartwood is fine. This will soon be a place where I can keep my design and writing projects all in one place, and also share tutorials and videos I find related to those topics! I may also blog maybe I'm not sure yet. <3

I'm just a guy who likes graphic design, writing my own poems and stories, and talking about horror media to anyone who will listen. And I'd like a pretty place to contain all that for myself so that's what this is!

I don't really code so I'll try my best to make this site usable with templates and such, but it'll probably still be very buggy.

Checklist for now <3

  • Get the navbar working
  • Fix some image issues
  • Starting posting things damnit!!

I'm using various resources online to make this, but I'm mainly using stuff provided by sadgirl.online :3

Ill try to get the easier stuff going first like the directory and a tutorial page, but the other pages will likely take me time. This site isn't my main focus rn.

Just a bit more about myself, I'm Just Some Guy with very concentrated interests really. I like watching horror series and film and then giving my unnesesary opinion on what I liked about it, and I really enjoy getting to talk to people about horror in general. ^.^ I'm doing personal graphic design work right now but I plan to go for a degree in it soon. I also do creative writing in my free time! Overall I just do a lot of creation and like to share it with others <3

Idk if this is considered a fun fact or an interesting story or something that should've been said at confessionals, but since you're here anyways,

When I was young I watched The Rescuers and there's a scene where the villain lady dabs her upper teeth with a yellow cloth to clean them. But for some reason I thought it was a slice of cheese so after that I would take slices of cheese and fit them to the form of my teeth like a cheese grill. I would then eat them except I hated cheese so fucking much it was the worst experience ever and yet I kept doing it. I hope this told you more about me than any other part of this half assed front page.
